Scheduled oil change I have been going to Middletown Toyota for years now and I always had a five star experience. This time it wasn’t as good. I dropped my car off in the I have been going to Middletown Toyota for years now and I always had a five star experience. This time it wasn’t as good. I dropped my car off in the morning for a scheduled oil service and break job. The service advisor was new and when I looked at the paperwork I realized that he put conventional oil down instead of synthetic.. Good thing I saw it since the car requires synthetic. Anyhow... i gave him my coupon and went off to work. Picking up the car proofed more difficult this time as well. I was told the car would be ready around 4:00 but didn’t receive a phone call until 5:00. Luckily I was able to arrange a different ride schedule with my co workers. Finally when I picked up the car I realized that the coupon was not applied to the bill which lead to the Toyota service advisor apologizing and taking it off but again... what if I didn’t notice right there. Anyhow... everyone is entitled to a bad day and I hope it was just that because I really like this place More
