Great customer service!! I came in to have my cars oil changed. I didn't have an appt. And Evan explained it might take a little bit due to the fact that I didnt have an appoi I came in to have my cars oil changed. I didn't have an appt. I thought this incident was quite remarkable: While I was waiting at the service desk and Ms. Ms. Feliciano was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I thought this incident was quite remarkable: While I was waiting at the service desk and Ms. Feliciano was finishing up with an older woman and was about to hand the woman the key to her car, she saw that it was cold and raining outside. She took back the key and rushed (ran) out to the customer's car and brought it around so the older woman did not have to walk in the foul weather. It was a kind and thoughtful thing to do. The reason that I did not give a higher rating was that the wrong part for my truck was ordered and I had to return for a third day to get the problem fixed. More
