Excellent and compassionate towards service needs and budget The man helping me (I cannot remember his name- he was at the service desk) was able to give me a good price on brakes because I couldn’t afford them The man helping me (I cannot remember his name- he was at the service desk) was able to give me a good price on brakes because I couldn’t afford them at the time. He was kind and compassionate towards my situation and wanted to ensure I got the brakes done because I really needed them. I am so grateful for his kindness. I live in torrington but will be going back to middletown for my back brakes as well. I also spoke with Sam about my lease and he was extremely helpful and understanding about my situation as well and clearly gave me my options. More

Little confused. I called for routine checkup. Had just got a postcard to suggest that I schedule the Butler service I had paid for. Staff personnel that took my call I called for routine checkup. Had just got a postcard to suggest that I schedule the Butler service I had paid for. Staff personnel that took my call gave me an appointment to have both done. Turned out I am not permitted to have Butler service until January 2019. No big deal. I suppose it was better than not to have “ set aside” extra time. Evan at check in very nice. More

Successfully, unknowing, too many phone calls I started off on Friday Nov 23, to purchase a used pick up. I looked on line, and saw a few in my price range. I settled on one, and started the process w George J. We agreed on a monthly #, and then went to finance. Yes, admittedly, my credit is not great due to multiple medical bill's, issues. I was told that Sherri would get the monthly lowered, never happened. I was told to that george would update me, never happened. I called him sat am, no news. Called back say PM, no news. Was told the manager would get this done on monday, never happened. Had to have my HR dept. at work get involved. Was given fax # to send to, but not to theTMCC #. Come wed the 28th, both Sherri n george out. Thursday, spoke w george, asked what time I get out of work, told him 4. Called him back at 2, and said get the truck ready, george said that too busy, need to wait until Friday. Finally Friday I picked it up, still not knowing my monthly. Up until the last piece of paper, I found out I'm paying +10.00$ per month MORE than what Sherri told me the WEEK before. The transfer of plates was the best, george put my old Durham auto plate ring on the rear of truck. Also the delivery tech only opened the overhead door for me, no review of the truck, nothing. The clock was off by an hour. The mats were some what clean. I have a photo of the plate ring. I gave u $2000.00 on a card, $5000.00 certified check, $7000.00 down on a $27000 truck,and my title. Had my insurance taken off my car, and on the truck every day for the week. Not once did I get correct info from george. Never spoke w Sherri, too busy. The only help I got was from Jeff Cambell, he was honest, and called me when he said he would. Honestly, I felt taken some what advantage of, due to my credit issue, and in needing a newer vehicle. You have my cell and email. More
