Diligence and Knowledge of Service Technicians & Associate My car was scheduled for a oil change and tire rotations. Once the service technician, (Orlando), had the car on the lift, two issue: the rear brake My car was scheduled for a oil change and tire rotations. Once the service technician, (Orlando), had the car on the lift, two issue: the rear brake pads needed to replaced as there was a leak of transmission fluid. He assessed that the front cap on the drive shaft was the problem. The service associate, (Chuck Hills), arranged for me to have rental car as the new cap had to be ordered. The following day, the part arrived, the old part was replaced and then another issue was discovered when the Orlando was rotating the tires. There was a finishing nail in the side wall of the tire. Since this was a relatively new tire, Chuck worked the tire dealer to get a partial payment on the guarantee of the tire. This was the most expensive oil change and tire rotation for me but I am so pleased to know that my car is safer and I possibly avoided a huge transmission expense because of the profession diligence that both of these gentlemen brought to servicing my car. I thank all of the service crew at Middletown Toyota for their continued dedication to their jobs and am confident to say, I know they will provide this level of service in the future. Friendly and convenient I have a hybrid. Would not trust the technology to a mechanic not specifically trained for it. I can get my car in when I like, I relax in the comfort I have a hybrid. Great experience purchasing used 4Runner I just went in for an oil change on my older 4Runner and while waiting, roamed around the lot. There I saw the Trail model that I thought had been sol I just went in for an oil change on my older 4Runner and while waiting, roamed around the lot. There I saw the Trail model that I thought had been sold after the internet sales team failed to follow thru on my correspondence. I met Bob who showed me the truck and after a test drive, I decided to purchase. Bob was very helpful in getting all the extras that I requested. He even came in on his day off to help with the delivery. I met Nick in finance who explained all the coverage that this certified used vehicle came with. After arranging financing with DCU, I was able to drive home after Bob had emissions done and Nick got the registration completed right on site. When I called Bob about a problem with the stereo, he arranged a service call with Chuck the next day. Then I met Frank, the electronics guy, who updated the firmware and explained how to operate the remote start which I had purchased (at a discount!). Even Joe Klimas helped with the service call...great experience overall! If you've heard the commercial, you know the jingle I sing when I get in my new used 4Runner! More
