Accommodating yet annoying I brought my car in for an alignment along plus I had some concerns regarding my brakes that I voiced during previous visits but they never got addres I brought my car in for an alignment along plus I had some concerns regarding my brakes that I voiced during previous visits but they never got addressed. This time I was told that I would need new front brakes and rotors. Like I mentioned previously,I voiced these concerns before but no one ever said anything looked or sounded bad. During this visit I was also informed my warranty was up so whatever work I would need to get done would need to be covered by me and by the warranty. i am very annoyed with the fact that I voiced concern but was disregarded until the warranty was up. On top of that I was told I would need new tires... I highly doubt that considering the car is only 2 years old and has 36k miles on it. Unless the tires were swapped out before we picked the car up from the dealership 2 years ago at time of purchase. I remember the salesman discussing the tires with my husband and how they were “high end”. Needless to say I’m aggravated with the amount of money I’m going to spend to fix something that really shouldn’t be broken after 1 year of driving the car-which is when the shaking of the wheel first started to occur yet it was not addressed or checked by any technician. On a positive note, the service sales person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating. More
