10am appt. routine maintenance service. Usually takes 1-1/2 hour wait. After dropping off my vehicle at 10am, I returned at 12 noon and was THEN told of additional necessary work that had to be done. Why 1-1/2 hour wait. After dropping off my vehicle at 10am, I returned at 12 noon and was THEN told of additional necessary work that had to be done. Why was I not given the courtesy of someone contacting me on my cell phone to advise me of additional work. I then had to wait in waiting area at dealership additional 1-1/2 hours because I had no where else to go. Total of 4 hours - this is totally unacceptable wait time. More
Personnel were attentive and polite. A loaner car was provided and was almost brand new. Our vehicle was kept for about a week.
