First service visit to Michael's Last week i had to take my vehicle to service center for milestone service and also for battery. My bad experience started with me waiting (for 25 mi Last week i had to take my vehicle to service center for milestone service and also for battery. My bad experience started with me waiting (for 25 mins) for a service manager to attend for long time and in no time he took the vehicle for service (without asking me and by just looking at what i chose in online appointment). Not a word on what needs to be done, i was wondering, is that a service centre, is he an eligible automobile service manager. He didnt give his contact, didnt tell me when i have to come back, nothing simply aiming to send me out, because i opted shuttle service and shuttle was about to leave when they started attending me. No call/updates until i called and it went to voice mail and the guy called back, started saying many things and then i was asking him about that and cost, which he didnt explain. No word on vehicle pickup and again i made a call, said vehicle is ready. Went for pickup, again didnt explain what was done. First thing he did is took the card machine to collect money. Money minded guys, who doesnt seem to be open on list of work to be done on car, who couldn't examine car and explain what need to be done when i am present, who did things which was not explained over phone. i would never go back or recommend this one. More

Based on my 8yrs Prius experience( basic maintenance, complicated out-of-warrenty problems, time-sensitive issues ), I trust Adam and his team completely. Though Safety is by far my highest priority, I do appreciate Adams' guidance re: price point considerations. More

I’ve also pretty much restricted service on my vehicles to Michael’s and its new brother dealerships. Service is always a peculiar experience. On the one hand our vehicles, both Toyota and Subaru, have been maintenance-free, meaning the oil changes are pretty much the extent of our expenses. However my recent 60K check-up for my Prius V was initially priced at $300 or so. Yet, in the end, I spent about $900. I do believe that the “extra” work done was necessary. Realistically, though, they should have been packaged together as a known entity rather than added on like building blocks. The work was completed in a day. The service representative was competent, friendly and advocated for my interests. In the end I would have spent the money anyway, but it’s still a bit grating to have been More

I recently purchased a 2019 Hybrid RAV4 XLE from Michael's of Toyota. Matt D. (sales), J.C. (sales), and Nelson (finance) were extremely professional. J.C. negotiated fairly and offered an informative test drive. Matt answered all of my questions and patiently talked me through the new features when I took delivery. Nelson efficiently helped me through the sea of paperwork. Rather than haggle/pressure me into buying a car or accessories I didn't want, they served my interests and were hospitable to my aims. In addition, I received a MUCH higher trade-in offer for my vehicle at Michael's than from another local dealer. The team at Michael's defied every bias I had about buying a car, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. More
