I took my Rav here for a window replacement because it had gotten smashed in and I had gotten great service there for my previous oil change. After picking it up there were still pieces of glass in the cr had gotten smashed in and I had gotten great service there for my previous oil change. After picking it up there were still pieces of glass in the crevice, which leads me to wonder if they cleaned all of the shards out in inside the door. I would have expected better service for the amount I paid. Only oils changes for me from now on More

Unprofessional, dishonest, poor customer service I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle at this location and had an excellent experience. Subsequent visits for service were also very good up until two weeks ago. I brought my car in for new tires, an alignment, and 55k service (which entails topping off all fluids and a tire rotation, unless of course the tires are being replace). The service advisor that I worked with, Jeff Sutherland, was inattentive, rude, and very unprofessional. While I was being checked in, he was very stand-offish, made very little eye contact, and at one point even walked away mid-conversation to go tag my car. I had to verbally clarify three times what service I had brought my car in for. He questioned me twice when I told him what I was quoted for tires and an alignment, which was actually included for free because my vehicle was certified pre-owned. I was told that my vehicle would be ready the next day. When I received a call in the morning, he told me that my vehicle was ready. I clarified again that he had changed my tires, done an alignment, and topped off all my fluids. He seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. He then told me that he would have the mechanics top off all my fluids and if there were any issues then he would call. He called a few hours later with a long list of items that apparently needed service in my car. I thought this was strange, since my car had been driving great. When I asked him if these things needed immediate attention he would not answer the question. I told him that I really needed to know if these things needed to be fixed immediately or not because I would be leaving on a vacation the next day. He still wouldn't give me a straight answer. I eventually figured out that he asked the mechanic to inspect everything that would be inspected in the 60k service, not to just inspect the items in the 55k service and top off the fluids like I asked. I ended up paying for an air and cabin filter change that I did not need until the 60k service, which cost me an extra $90. I was also asked to leave my car for an extra day to have this done, which turned out to be for something I didn't even need. Prior to my picking up my car, I called and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with someone named Jake, who insisted that a manager would call me back. Instead, Jeff called me back. When I gave him feedback directly, he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. When I picked up the car, I gave my feedback to the Sales department, since I was unsuccessful in reaching a manager in the Service department. The customer service agent who heard my complaint was kind and courteous, but I have still not been contacted by a manager from service. This is totally unacceptable. In all of my years as a car owner, I have never had such an experience at a service department. I will never return to the Service department at this dealership again. I am hearing more and more that while Toyota vehicles are very reliable, Toyota service departments are dishonest, overpriced, and unreliable. If this turns out to be true, I will not be buying another Toyota. More

I negotiated a deal for a no-frills silver RAV4 Hybrid XSE. They didn't have the car in stock but promised delivery in short order: 90 days in the absolute worst case. I put down $1000 earnest money and settled in. The weeks passed and I periodically asked for status updates. The car was in port! Then it hadn't yet been built. You get the idea. Next began the upsell. A car exactly like mine had just arrived! But with $3000 in extra options or in a more expensive trim package. If I were a betting man, I'd wager that "my" car arrived many times and they sold it each time to someone willing to pay a sucker price. In any case, at the 90 day mark, they gave me the choice of taking an upsell or waiting indefinitely. I did what any right-thinking person would do: I took back my deposit and bought a Honda. More
Bad service, unprofessional mechanics I have contacted because of an issue with my trunk door wouldn't close properly. The service guys was trying to B.S. on an accident that didn't happen and wasn't willing even to get to the bottom of the issue. Even worse the person was laying to me about status of the door (because someone by mistake pushed to turnoff the power for electric closure). The mechanic didn't know anything about this aspect of the car. In summary... not honest service person and not experienced mechanic. More
