Everyone at Michael’s went out of their way to be sure that I was safe! I drove into the service drive due to a low pressure tire light. The person greeted me with a smile and checked my tires, there wa that I was safe! I drove into the service drive due to a low pressure tire light. The person greeted me with a smile and checked my tires, there was a nail in the side of my tire which was not repairable. It was about 5 minutes before closing. They let me know that they wouldn’t be able to repair the tire but changed my tire with the spare so that I could be on my way. The next day they were able to get tires for my vehicle and get me in right away to have them installed. Great service! Thanks Michael’s!!! More
Wrong assessment by service dept. on Prius tyres Went in for a regular service and was recommended immediate tire change and that my prius was unsafe to drive. The tire threads on report was 3,3,3 an Went in for a regular service and was recommended immediate tire change and that my prius was unsafe to drive. The tire threads on report was 3,3,3 and 0 for the 4 tyres. Could not believe that for a 2.5 year new car and only 33K miles. WRONG. Took my car to Costco and have them evaluate the tires and the readings came in 5 and 6. Which means I could drive the car for another 10K + miles. Even a 10 year old can look at the tires and tell that they are not 3 or 0. We are told that the dealer has certified technicians. It saved me spending 600 dollars which also was a premium tire change fee (Costco was offering higher quality tires for 463 dollars with Tax. Something so visible as tires has wrong assessment makes me think for internal parts and engine diagnosis what else could go wrong and customers have to pay hundreds and thousands of dollars to this dealership. Very Disappointed. Hope Toyota takes an action on this service quality. More

I have 2017 Toyota Camry. got windshield liquid low light warning. when I took for service they said liquid tank is bitten by rat and does not covered in warranty and they charged me 365$. I was initially pleased with Michael's and went entirely through the financing process before they informed me that since my vehicle was in high demand they wanted full MSRP. This was despite holding a quote for significantly less from another dealer. They simply said they will sell the vehicle within a day at MSRP. Pretty short-sighted business model to simply maximize what you can get out of your customer. On to Doxon I go where I received fantastic service and a fair price for the same vehicle. More
