I was not hurried or pushed. Matt was the perfect salesman for me. He supplied all the info requested, in a nice, matter of fact manner. When I changed course again and decided on a new one; same mellow guy. I would bet money that Matt would be the same guy if he was selling the thriftiest used Corolla to a first time car buyer as he was selling one of the most expensive rigs on the lot to some crusty old geezer. I am not sure what happened. After giving my vehicle for service the clock in dashboard was broken and when I ask for the reason they said that it might be due to Sun heat. Either Incompetent or Negligent, I will not go back again After using this dealership with my last 4Runner and purchasing my new one with them a couple years ago I will not go back to using them for service o After using this dealership with my last 4Runner and purchasing my new one with them a couple years ago I will not go back to using them for service or buying again. Very disappointed in how things were handled with a constant noise they kept telling me was a break issue. I had the vehicle in for service no less than 6 times. Each time they told me it was a break issue, a rotter issue, or a suspension issue. There were even a few times that they said they could not find any issue at all and when I went to pick up the car to drive away I could hear the same noise when pressing the break. The tech took no less than 3 drives with me over the course of the 6 times and still was not sure what the issue was. Gus the service manager and the tech were both fine to work with and they tried to take care of me. Finally after the 6th or 7th time in with the same noise, 4 new breaks, 2 new rotters, later; they finally told me that the issue was a bent axial. I was finally excited and relieved to find out they could fix it and it was still under warranty. However even after they said they fixed it the noise was back. Fed up, i took it to Midas for an oil change and a second opinion (did not tell them anything about the issues or what Toyota said they did). Within 20 min of them having the car up on the lift they called me to tell me the axial was bent. After complaining to Toyota and taking it back in an 8th time, they came back to me and confirmed that the other axial was bent. They tried to hint toward it being me and that I bent the other side after I asked them if they replaced the wrong side. Conclusion: Either they were incompetent in diagnosing the problem considering it took Midas 20 min instead of 6 visits and hours of time to figure out the issue, or they are negligent and replaced the wrong part/side when replacing the axial the first time. I receive one call from a so called supervisor (really just someone who looks into a complaint). He never got back to me. After requesting with Gus a call from a supervisor. I still have not received a call. It's been 2 weeks now. Take your car for service somewhere else! When you go to a Toyota dealer for service you expect them to know your Toyota and you pay a little more for that. After this experience I do not Believe that anymore. Only reason they are not getting a one star is because of Gus trying to take care of me the entire time. More
Do not honor Toyota Care + Normally I do not write a reviews but my experience was so poor at Micheals Toyota that I thought it would be good to warn the public. I purchased prepaid maintenance or the Toyota Care + to cover scheduled maintenance up to 55k miles. Despite my request to have them perform the 20K service, Micheals performed the 30K service because they said it was "expiring". This was not the case when I called Toyota Care. They did not perform the full 30K service despite me showing the service list from Toyota Care on my specific truck. From what I can tell they changed the oil and that is it. No rotation of tires, did not change the filters, or take care of the rear and front differential. When I called the service rep, no call back. Only did I receive a call back after I left a message for the manager. Michaels Toyota service department dishonest and did not perform the service in its entirety. Avoid this service department they are crooked. More
Started off as an exciting buying experience but was ruined by Matt Cameron and Nelson Kwambai over minor items such as the doc fee and car mats. When we requested more information about the doc fee Nelson Kwambai showed off Matt's personal Toyota purchase (including his financing details) as well as his own, which is highly unprofessional. This made us uncomfortable as Nelson did not seem to value customer privacy. The only reason we ended up purchasing the car was because Kevin Parry was extremely helpful and honest. Update: Sheree LaRue their Guest Relations Manager reached out to us and was unhelpful despite her job title. She asked us if we’d like to come back in for 10% discount on the mats we purchased, which was insulting. I highly recommend not doing business with this dealership as they play games. More

I scheduled tire replacement online. They called me back and had to move my scheduled time, but offered me a loaner car, which was very convenient. They price matched the tires to Discount Tire price, which saved me over $200 - just make sure you have a written quote (I printed from Discount Tire website, went to Discount Tire and an associate hand wrote a quote on the back of a business card...probably overkill). I had alignment done at the same time which was already discounted to $99 with the tire replacement - they further discounted to $79. Also had wiper blades replaced, which they did for zero labor, which was nice. Great experience overall. Great customer service. Costco may be cheaper, but good luck scheduling a tire rotation. Costco also has terrible service...you have to wait forever. Not anymore. More
