Sadly new ownership has ruined the service center. Loyalty points gone. Insisted there was rodent droppings in inside cabin filter. Husband accessed and changed filter-ZERO (rip off scheme). I am usually extremely impressed with the customer service at Michael's. They've always been efficient, thorough, and got me in and out of my services quickly and effortlessly. This past time was diff service at Michael's. They've always been efficient, thorough, and got me in and out of my services quickly and effortlessly. This past time was different. I arrived to pick up my car the next day after my 30,000 mile service and I stood on the service floor with all my person effects that I had taken out of my loaner vehicle and waited for my car to be returned to me for almost 45 minutes. It took several service reps checking in several times before someone indicated to me before it was obvious that no one had been alerted to help me. After another 15 minutes an employee told me that they couldn't locate my keys. The key locker was left ajar so I opened it as I continued to wait and I saw my keys hanging there. Once that was all sorted out it still took another 15-20 to get my car from the garage to the service center. It was evident that there were a lot of communication gaps between the customer service employees on the floor. It was a very frustrating experience and didn't leave me feeling very trusting. It also did not appear that the front of the car had been vaccuummed- which is indicated as part of the service experience. A small compensation for my inconvenience ( I was late for work) would have been a nice gesture, a car wash coupon etc. Date of service was 11/14 More
Usually I am Very satisfied with Michael's Toyota, very professional, helpful, fast and friendly. A service I had in October went a little awry but Russ Mcduffie made it right by giving us a complimentary professional, helpful, fast and friendly. When I brought the car in for my service on Nov. 11, Kaleb helped me and said it would probably be at least an hour a half (which I was ok with). But 3 hours later I still had not been notified, so I went to check. There set my just outside the door, but no Kaleb (he was out to lunch) who knows how long my car had been there and Russ was nowhere around. Another service rep helped me out and I was able to leave. But who knows how long I would have been there before they called me. In 10 - 12 years this is the worst that has happened, so come on Guys , get back in the groove. More
These guys did a great job, I was able to have a loaner for the time anticipated for my oil change but then they found a problem with the rear diff and found the extended warranty could cover the fix for i for the time anticipated for my oil change but then they found a problem with the rear diff and found the extended warranty could cover the fix for it about a $600 job. I really appreciated them doing that, they were having a hard time finding the part so I was able to keep the loaner for several days while they worked on it. Very polite and professional, nice to see a business around that still takes care of the customer so well. More
