Worst car buying experience we've ever had. Ordered a RAV4 xle hybrid In February. They said 4-6 months. Called in June saying our car was in, wrong car, it was an LE RAV4 not a hybrid. Called again and said our car was in, turns out wrong color and almost 2,000 dollars more than what we wanted. Contacted salesman beginning of October and he says they are not making the model we ordered at this time, but would we be interested in a more expensive model. If you really care about your customers #1 Be honest, #2 Give them what THEY want, not what you want to sell them. If you want a good car buying experience go any where else but here. More
I bought a Tundra in 2018 from Michael's. Got the post sale hard sell for warranty, extras, etc but declined after hard pressure. Trouble is they wrapped the warranty into the car loan and have thus far refused to refund the money after more than a month. These guys are super underhanded. Avoid. More
Be wary of this dealership and affiliated Michael’s (M’s Subaru). Purchased a used forester, not that used a 2017 and purchased in 2020. Problems ever since. I so clearly remember the sales person mentioning the high quality of used vehicles they bring in. Accepted that lie and Micheals has since put my kids in danger since they passed on this lemon. Cancel my 4Runner trd pro and thank baby Jesus my kids weren’t in an accident due to Michael’s greed for a sale. More

Terrible experience. I will be buying from another dealership. I've had several different reps reach out to me, I have no dedicated sales rep. I was told if I want to buy I will be buying from another dealership. I've had several different reps reach out to me, I have no dedicated sales rep. I was told if I want to buy a car I need to pay the premium rates or wait two years given the current inventory shortage. They're charging 25k over MSRP for a 1 year used 4Runner, that's 10k more than even CarMax. If I want to order a new 4Runner they require a $2k deposit and that I purchase $5k in accessories to make it worth their while. I absolutely refuse to work with them and will order my car from another dealer. More
Full disclosure - I purchased a new Toyota from out of State and had to have the vehicle shipped to me... so this is a difficult process regardless of who the dealer is. My sales rep was Manny Martucci State and had to have the vehicle shipped to me... so this is a difficult process regardless of who the dealer is. My sales rep was Manny Martucci and he was amazing... 10 stars for him. Always went the extra mile for customer service and I'm sure some random guy on the phone isn't as important as the person right in front of you. So it really says a lot that Manny went out of his way to make sure I received the level of service I did. 4-stars because there are just too many challenges when buying a car online and from another State... taxes, shipping, banking, etc. It's a miserable experience I've been through twice with two separate dealers that I've been through twice and hope I never have to go through again. If you're looking for a car and want great service - definitely contact Manny directly, he'll take care of you. More
BUYER BEWARE - Bought new car in 2019 and it was the best experience ever. Bought another car in November 2022 and just can't believe what has happened at Michael's. First off, this isn't a family dealer any experience ever. Bought another car in November 2022 and just can't believe what has happened at Michael's. First off, this isn't a family dealer anymore, it's owned by a publicly traded company (Lithia Motors) that only cares about squeezing their customers. First, I was given the run around about a Prius. Told it was available, then told it wasn't available due to not passing the inspection. This was a car that was fully serviced by Michael's throughout it's history. I suspect I lost it to someone who would finance through them, and my cash offer wouldn't make them enough $. So they knew from the start that I would pay cash and when I found another car to buy they ILLEGALLY ran my credit for NO REASON AT ALL the day before I came in and paid with cash. This has dinged my credit score for 2 years. They will never give you a straight answer about anything, but constantly deny, deflect, and just plain xx their way through everything. Stay away. Lithia is known for using the service center to make all their money--by claiming unnecessary work needs to be done. Service center workers are paid on commission, so they are incentivized to rack up as much work as possible to pad their own pockets. More

They humiliated me and disrespected me in front of my children. To add insults to injury, the dishonesty continued in financing where they abused of my emotional state after the bullying and humiliation to change the agreed upon price and rob me from $1000. They don't care that you have a been a long standing profitable customer. They are just GREEDY and will use all the disgusting car selling methods even though they are supposedly a no-haggle dealership. RUN AWAY !!!! More
Had a deal printed out but their sales manager Brent Wells who would not honor it as we were not trading in our vehicle. Stay away, very dishonest and unprofessional people to deal with.
