Terrific Service - Change Car Battery. My Toyota Sienna 2005's car battery was dead and I called to check if the dealership could look into it. The service department was on booked on Sunda My Toyota Sienna 2005's car battery was dead and I called to check if the dealership could look into it. The service department was on booked on Sunday but they would put me on priority to fix my car battery. Michael greeted me as I drove into for service department. He checked the battery and after running some tests, concluded it was dead. He said that a mechanic will look into it while I waited in the car. A few minutes later, still no sign of help. Michael returned and apologized for the delay since "they are short staff on Sunday". He would replace my car at no labor charge. All I had to do was pay for the battery and we went to the accessories department to purchase the battery. I was impressed with the friendly and professional service. Did I mention the battery comes with an 84month warranty (pro-rated) and a mail in rebate of $25! More
Rude as well as harassed. So I walked into the dealership looking to buy a a car. So I have a trade in every one does right . It took me forever to find a associate first off. Then was harassed and argued with nonstop . It wasn't just one person it was multiple people. But the kicker was I made a appointment to meet with , that was after was told they would wash out my loan which they didn't and wouldn't back up what they said. It also appeared to be anti military. He made feel that buying a car is the FUN thing to do. I would recommend all buyers to call/contact him. Worst Service Experience Ever 1.0 star rating 8/6/2015 Today Yuli was the service advisor for my oil change. She told me that my car would be ready around 6 pm when I d 1.0 star rating 8/6/2015 Today Yuli was the service advisor for my oil change. She told me that my car would be ready around 6 pm when I dropped my car off around 5 pm. Then I took my 3-year-old to a dinner and came back around 6 pm. Surprisingly, my car was still in the waiting queue and was the ONLY car in that lane, no cars before and no cars behind. I was a bit upset as my appointment was 5:30 pm and I arrived 30 minutes earlier. When somebody got his car and ready to leave, I asked him when was his service appointment, I was told 5:15 pm and his car was dropped off around 5 pm too. So even though our appointments were 15 minutes apart, by 6 pm, his car was already finished and my car was not even being started. After another 45 minutes wait, finally, I got my car without being washed. Obviously, I arrived 30 minutes earlier with the expectation that I could be at least serviced on time (5:30 pm) not saying earlier. Also it is my belief the drop-off time was registered in the system to help manage waiting queues. However, when I complained to the Service Manager, Brian, he said usually it takes an hour to finish an oil change and my car was only a few minutes late. I disagree. My car was purposely put off for at least 30 minutes. Because somebody else got his car 45 minutes earlier than me and our appointment was only 15 minutes apart. I said need an explanation or I hope he could simply prove to me that there are other 5:30-pm-appointment cars that got finished around 6:45 pm. He replied "Other people's cars have nothing to do with your car". What kind of response it is?? Should I interpret it as how we service others has nothing to do with how we service you??? I was shocked when I heard that as anybody can tell that I am complaining about the FAIRNESS of their service. And that is the response I got from the Service Manager. No courtesy, no management skills, no customer service! Worst experience ever!!! More
Dishonest service My wife took our 4 runner in for an oil change . When she returned to pick it up they told her all of the skid plate bolts had been stripped and wern My wife took our 4 runner in for an oil change . When she returned to pick it up they told her all of the skid plate bolts had been stripped and wernt sure how much to fix it, but that it would take a few hours. She had them take it off the lift so she could bring it to the dealer that had done the previous services. She got home I put it on my lift and removed both skid plates no problem as did the other dealer the next day. I tried to talk to a service manager at Michael's but he is always out one never calls back. STAY AWAY! More
