I can't say enough about Michel's professional, friendly, personal, knowledge and experience, willingness to assist no matter, He is a safe island in a sea of uncertainty! Also, Anastasia Bell cannot be replaced...she is special and Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is extremely fortunate to have these two! I would suggest to management that they should be placed on a very fast track to a salary increase! These two are a super team! Also Scott Grim...fantastic! Jeremy Potter was our contact at Michaels, and he was outstanding in keeping in touch with us through out the entire process. No one could find the type of new 4Runner we want, and everyone tried to jam us in what they had, all except Jeremy Potter. He ordered one from the Factory to our specifications, so we got the new 2015 4Runner exactly how we wanted it, with all of the options and accessories, and even in the right color. If you need help finding that perfect vehicle, Jeremy Potter is the person to call. Anastasia "Ana" Bell was the person who handled our paperwork, which she did in a very quick and professional manner. She made sure my wife and son were very comfortable during this process.
