I've tried three times and did not get out until almost 3 pm. Sorry but I shall not be using Toyota of Bellevue again unless it's for a major service. Being female they tend to talk down to me about automotive mechanics and treat me like I don't understand what I'm talking about. More
Rude, Pushy Tricky, hides important information just to sell Hi everyone, I recently visited this dealership and had a very very negative experience there. Salespeople are rude, very pushy, and don't care about Hi everyone, I recently visited this dealership and had a very very negative experience there. Salespeople are rude, very pushy, and don't care about your needs really, they just want to make a sale. Very unprofessional to hide info and tricking into buying. Higher prices that other Toyota dealerships. Didn't buy anything from these jerks. Will not come back. NEVER AGAIN! P.S. Stay away from even talking to Art Mkrtchyan!!! Beware! And btw, buyers are not sheep!!! More

When I tried to ask more detail about his quote given to me, he become very inpatient and being combative during talking. Second, he is very unprofessional. When I told him that I also talked with another agent, he become angry. I can't even had the conversation going on. But I only saw the other agent once and I yet ask any quote from his colleague. All his behavior just make me a never come back customer of Toyota Bellevue. And if you do come to this dealer ship, try your best to avoid Mr Najmolhoda. More

Lazy post sales Bought a used 2012 Lexus, they promised a roll-up trunk cover within 60 days. Still waiting after 4 months. I've called and called, talked to the sale Bought a used 2012 Lexus, they promised a roll-up trunk cover within 60 days. Still waiting after 4 months. I've called and called, talked to the sales person, left messages. Stopped by. Asked managers...they did find a used trunk cover at the 3 month point for a different model or year that didn't fit. Finally I stopped by again today and all I got again was , it iss up to the parts guy and he is still looking. I asked how we can motivate him, and the salesman had no ideas. I offered to file a small claims lawsuit for the cost of the cover, plus time off work and damages for negligent behavior for branch of contract, or just to return the vehicle because they didn't provide the agreed deal. Suddenly the manager was motivated to promise they would order the part tomorrow (with no promise of when it might arrive). More
False information, bait and switch. They showed me the blue book value of my car, and I was perplexed, because the value I saw online was 2X their findings. Then, the salesman quoted us They showed me the blue book value of my car, and I was perplexed, because the value I saw online was 2X their findings. Then, the salesman quoted us a price for the new car, which we agreed upon. A few minutes later, a loud manager type comes over and proceeds to loudly and aggressively argue the price of the car, saying the other guy was wrong and didn't include various components in the price. Then I ask about the blue book value, and he says we are lucky to get the HALF of the blue book value they are offering. We took the deal, then I realized the printout showed a 2 door SPORT version of our 4 door 7 seater. That is why the value was so different. I don't think this was a mistake on their part. We own multiple cars from Michael's, and this last car will be our last with them. Very annoying. Saw other very similar reviews, and think they need to be more mindful of their reputation with new and returning customers. More
Complete rip-off and doesn't pay attention to customer We towed car to Michael's after breakdown on the road and upon initial checking, service dept came out with an $1100 estimate and then it went to $330 We towed car to Michael's after breakdown on the road and upon initial checking, service dept came out with an $1100 estimate and then it went to $3300, finally coming down to $2700 the minimum to get the car rolling. While we did not confirm the service and asked the dept to send the estimate of work/quote via email to shop around and see what would be the actual cost, Service guys went ahead and did the 120K service without informing me. They can do that bcoz there was an initial declaration to do 120K service and all discussions that happened afterwards are useless and doesn't pay attention to what customer is saying. Finally had to pay $695 for 120K service which doesn't still function. What is the use of service when the car is still broken. More
Highly overpriced, not worth the free cookies Michael's Toyota service department offers free coffee and cookies and a shuttle to your home while they work on your car, but you pay through the nos Michael's Toyota service department offers free coffee and cookies and a shuttle to your home while they work on your car, but you pay through the nose. I had a "check engine" light that required replacement of an engine gasket ($10 part). Michael's charged about $500 to replace the gasket. Most repair shops say they charge about $250. Save your money and get your coffee and cookies somewhere else. More
Classic bait and switch After agreeing on a sale price, when we went to dealership, they switched plainly. Yeah, I did agree but apperantly we cannot sell for that price. After purchase, service is horrible I had 1 question and 2 simple requests for Toyota Financial Services and Michael's Toyota of Bellevue. I recently got married and had a change of last name. 1) I wanted to change my last name on my contract and update my address. 2) I also wanted to know if my husband, then fiance, is on my contract as we went together to purchase the brand new vehicle. 3) Finally, a copy of my contract as I recently moved and I could not locate my contract for record purposes. I called Michael's Toyota of Bellevue at (425) 455-9500 on Sunday, 06/19/2016 at 4.54pm PST. I was told to contact Toyota Financial Services on Monday at 1800 874 8822. I then called TFS the next day at 3.01pm PST and was on hold for 18 minutes, not including the time to make the selection to speak to a human being. I got a customer service rep on the line and the moment I opened my mouth and said I had a last name change, she immediately cut me and told me to contact Toyota Dealership where I purchased the vehicle. That pushed all the buttons. After I insisted that someone has to give me solution rather than pushing me around, she put me on hold and when she came back, she said she is sending a document for me to fill up and mail her back and they can get the name change done. If she had let me finish, I would have informed her that there was a change of address as well. And when I finally got to the address, she informed me that I have to update my address in the form as well. I am like, how am I going to receive this form if you are sending it to the wrong address? Then she decided, it would be reasonable to take my current address and it took 3 attempts for her to actually get the address right. It was a harrowing experience to say the least and I am not even sure if she got the correct address down and I had a slight doubt if she is going to even send the form over. Hence, I asked her if there is a place I can walk in and get this done without having to wait 7-10BD for the form to arrive as she mentioned, and me to fill it up and another 7-10BD for them to receive it. Her reply was a curt, "Just fill up the form and send it back to us." I then called Michael's Toyota of Bellevue at 3.37pm to try my luck of getting a copy of the contract as the previous conversation I had with TFS was one where I can't get past a single sentence without being cut off. I spoke to a Connie in financing, requesting a copy of the contract, and she, my....she did everything in her power NOT TO do the extra work. She kept asking me how come I do not have a copy and nothing she can do to send it without a change of name. Connie, it's simple, I just need a copy of my contract. Finally, she relented unhappily and said she will send the contract over. I had an excellent experience during purchase, but why do they treat their customers disrespectfully afterwards? More
