Michelle, Please accept my apology for the lack of awareness from our staff. We no longer wash vehicles due to our volume, seeing over 300 cars per day how do we decide who's to wash and who's not too. We made a decision to purchase brown bear coupons on behalf of our customers. We hand them out at every service, they never expire and are good at 14 different locations. We should have vacuumed your van and I apologize that was not completed. We try and secure loaner vehicles for our guest however this is also challenging so we attempt to do the best we can. Please contact myself directly at your next appointment and I will ensure a loaner vehicle and have yours washed and vacuumed for the inconvenience of this last appointment.
