Daniel and his manager originally ordered my car and it was predicted to arrive in 6-8 weeks. I followed up a couple weeks later with Daniel and just opined that I wish I could get it sooner. Within just a few days, he located a vehicle that met all my specs and went to its location to deliver it. I was so surprised and felt very valued as a customer that he would take the time to go the extra mile. Of course, my Limited 4RUNNER is perfect and I have enjoyed it since taking delivery, about three weeks ahead of schedule. The financial piece was also easy as pie with Greg. I wouldn’t buy any other vehicle than Toyota and no where else but at Michael’s- especially through Daniel! More
