I have had nothing but horrible service from Metro Ford since I started bringing my truck there. The last service experience has been extremely frustrating. I brought my truck in because the radio was brok since I started bringing my truck there. The last service experience has been extremely frustrating. I brought my truck in because the radio was broken and there was a grinding noise coming from the front of the truck. I was told the problem would take 4 or 5 days to and they needed to take the front end apart to fix the grinding noise. They also said they had to order the radio. It took two weeks to schedule an appointment because The service guy, Tom, was very impatient with my warranty provider. I had to make calls myself to move the process along. Once the appointment was made they kept my truck for 4 days. Once I got it back I quickly realized that the grinding noise was still there and the radio they installed did not work properly. Why did they have my truck for so long if they didn’t fix the problem. They didn’t even take the front end apart, then just assumed it was something else that was a quick fix and never checked to see if the quick fix worked. I brought it back to get the radio repaired properly and I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours only for them to tell me they needed to order yet another radio. Tom said it would be by this past Friday. No one ever called on Friday. I called today and found out Tom has retired. They tell me that the radio is on back order and will take another week to arrive, but I wonder if it was ever ordered in the first place. Once the radio is fixed I will never come to Metro for repairs again. I will take my truck somewhere else to get the grinding noise fixed that they were supposed to fix but dint. They have wasted an unbelievable amount of my time, including one time when I sat in the waiting room for almost 6 hours to find out that they had not even begun TJ work on my truck!!!! Not once I. The several times that they have dropped the ball and waisted my time have they even given me an apology, let alone try to make it up to me in some way. They always just make excuses and then shuffle me out the door. I would never recommend this service department to anyone and I think you really need to examine the way you treat customers and the way you conduct your business! More

Excellent service. Communication was very good. Due to the length of our service we were given a loaner car which was convenient. It did take longer than I hoped due to grtting warranty coverage through the length of our service we were given a loaner car which was convenient. It did take longer than I hoped due to grtting warranty coverage through the factory, but that does not reflect on Metro. More
