Went in for standard inspection and oil change under prepaid maintance agreement. There promptly for 8:30am appointment. Car sat in lot for over an hour and was brought in when we complained. They got t prepaid maintance agreement. There promptly for 8:30am appointment. Car sat in lot for over an hour and was brought in when we complained. They got the car back to us at 11:30am! I will never bother making another “appointment.” Order taker was stupid enough to tell us sometimes an “appointment” doesn’t get in at all!! Spoke with “manager”( can’t remember name) and he offered condolences. More
