I scheduled a 930 oil change and was waiting at 1015 I asked when my van was going to be brought in and how long it would take they soon replied there was one more in front of me and a oil change takes be asked when my van was going to be brought in and how long it would take they soon replied there was one more in front of me and a oil change takes between 1-2 hours at this point I asked for the oil so I could do it myself because there is no way a oil change should take that long it was a huge waste of my time and I understand not having employees.... but if I make a appointment for a time and was 40 min early there should be no excuse I mean it wasn't a engine swap it was a oil change with setting it up on a lift should be no longer than 45 min thanks but no thanks sincerely Justin pflieger More

Professional, convenient, comfortable. Did what they said they would do. It would appear they aren’t prepared for the new normal, people will keep there cars longer therefore more repairs.
