I was not happy with trade in offers especially when the dealership advertised that New buyers could get an additional $1000 for purchasing over Thanksgiving. No one offered that to me. And this is a small matter… the day I signed paperwork dealership was offering a Yetti cooler for New buyers. No one asked if I wanted one. That’s a slight. I was insulted. That’s after a $72000 purchase. Otherwise sales and finance personnel treated me well and were very personable and professional. More
