Metro Ford of Schenectady was a pleasure to do business with. The salesman I had (Dan K.) was a professional. He listened to my wants and needs,was familiar with the inventory, was able to select a couple with. The salesman I had (Dan K.) was a professional. No price haggling over several days. No need to take several phone calls from the dealership to try to make a deal. The dealership and salesman was a pleasure to work with. Worst car buying experience we've ever had. We were promised they would honor rebates from when we ordered the car. After waiting 3 months for the car, they did not honor the rebates. The sales manag promised they would honor rebates from when we ordered the car. After waiting 3 months for the car, they did not honor the rebates. The sales manager slammed papers down on the desk in front of my wife. Yes, we both shouted. We were told they would no longer sell us the car. I asked to speak to the manager and the Sales Manager said he was the manager. I called Ford, and they said they have no control over the way the dealerships conduct themselves. So, this is the last Ford we'll ever buy. Too bad, because I've always been a Ford person. More

As always super friendly and courteous service we had our Ford escape serviced for oil change and we were in and out in no time the oil technician noticed we had a small leak he cleaned that up off of our en Ford escape serviced for oil change and we were in and out in no time the oil technician noticed we had a small leak he cleaned that up off of our engine and added dye to the oil so next time we could find out where the leak was super happy he noticed that.
