Last year, I took my GLS 450 to this dealership for air conditioner malfunction. I must have gone to the dealership at least three times for the same problem. For the first couple of visits, it was as if I conditioner malfunction. I must have gone to the dealership at least three times for the same problem. For the first couple of visits, it was as if I did not know what I was saying. I likened the visit to telling my doctor that I was having a headache and he was saying, "no, you do not have a headache go home". The problem was that the AC was blowing hot air. After charging to diagnose the problem on the first visit, no problem was found. On the second or third visit, some supposed door panels were changed at my expense and that did not resolve the problem. On the fourth visit which was in Fall of 2023, another check was ran. This time, I was told to bring the car back in summer of 2024 when the weather had warmed up. This May, I took the vehicle back. After the diagnosis, I was told that the climate control system needed to be changed for over $1,871.86. I would have gone for it except that, there was a disclosure that it may have electrical fault in AC system and/or wiring harness issue, which may require further testing and disassembly. This time they said the diagnostic charges was $400+. When I complained, they said they gave me a discount of about $35 bringing the cost down to $381.17. Obviously, they did not have an idea what was wrong and was playing trial and error. If past experience is an indication, I know I will be coming back for an electrical work that will cost me in excess of $5K. It was time to look for an honest dealership. No more. Enough. More

My experience got off to a bad start because I made an appointment but it was only AFTER I dropped off the car at the scheduled time and was sitting in the waiting room for 30min that I was informed that appointment but it was only AFTER I dropped off the car at the scheduled time and was sitting in the waiting room for 30min that I was informed that they could not look at the car for 2-3 days. This seems to ignore the whole point of making an appointment and made me feel like maybe since it was my first time at this dealer that the other customers were far more important. It doesn't seem like it would have been too hard to inform me about this when my appointment was confirmed so I could have planned accordingly. Once they got to my car I was satisfied with the work done though I didn't get the car back until the end of the week. They also recommended a new battery and I think $500 to replace a battery is pretty wild even for a dealership. Greg was very nice but a bit hard to get in touch with the first few days when I was trying to understand how long my car had to be left there waiting to be looked at. More
