His knowledge and customer care skills were truly appreciated. No hard sell on his behalf rather his focus was on meeting my requirements. I've been know to be aggressive but Darryl steered me in the right direction. MB of Sliver Spring hopefully values the resource that have , because of him personally . Walked in and was immediately greeted by Theo, he was very knowledgeable and got an idea of the type of car I was looking for and had me test drive a couple I feel in love and he set the bar high for sure so when I went to other dealers to get an idea nothing really stood out as much as Mercedes. When I opened the True Car app on my phone and made an inquiry ab I initially worked with another Mercedes Benz (MS) Dealership in the Maryland area. When I opened the True Car app on my phone and made an inquiry about a GLS 450 through MS Silver Spring. I was contacted by Khalil, who immediately asked if he could help me in my search for my vehicle of choice. I gave Khalil a hard ceiling for what I intended to spend and what options I expected to have included. Within a day, Khalil responded with a vehicle that fit my criteria or preference. I expected a lot and the other dealership was not willing to meet my criteria. MS Silver Spring met and exceeded my expectations. They honored their word as far as pricing and I could not be happier in my experience. The manager that approved the deal was fantastic as well. In all, "Great Experience." More

I went to see Ashlee Walton and I could tell immediately she understood what would be perfect for me. I blindly allowed her to pick two vehicle options and she literally picked the exact style of vehicle i had in mind. Not to mention I left with an amazing deal and am totally in love with my c300!! I will be returning surely :) . Each vehicle I've gotten from this dealership has been a head turner and it was only days of taking my new baby off the lot that a family friend was convinced to go see Ashlee because they fell in love with my car as well!!
