Upon visiting the dealership in person we found the environment inviting and Jeff’s “down to earth” personality was refreshing. All questions and concerns were promptly addressed. The vehicle we were considering and ended up purchasing is pennies on the dollar compared to other vehicles at the dealership, but I never once felt we were not taken seriously or viewed as less valuable than the buyer of a high end vehicle. After the sale was finalized, Bruce set up an appointment with my wife to get really hands-on with the car and show her even more features and set up some preferences, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Bruce as a salesman.
