Purchase of Certified Used Car I was ar the dealership for a scheduled annual service for my current vehicle. I was greeted by several sales people who were very friendly and let me know I was free to roam. There was no pressure and I checked out every vehicle. Mr. Brown observed me eyeing a particular vehicle and answered all my questions reference finance rates, maintenance options on the Certified Used Car I was interested in. I left the dealership for a few hours and when I returned Mr. Brown let me come to a decision to purchase the vehicle or not. Once I decided, he worked with me to get the best value for my vehicle and a very good deal on the listing price for the new one. He processed the fiscal requirements quickly and once completed handed me to Mr. Procter to complete loan and processing. The overall process was excellent. More
