We immediately saw the vehicle I wanted. Bruce got the OK from Farhan to assist me and he really took me under his wing and treated me like a daughter. He made sure I was comfortable in the car and gave me a detailed crash course in Mercedes 101. Tom took care of the finance portion and after talking to the bank he performed professionally and efficiently. This process was seamless. Not to mention that we pulled up 45 mins to closing and in no way did I feel rushed. I can’t believe I got the car I wanted with everything I asked and more!!! No feelings of buyers remorse whatsoever! More
