Paul did a great job to get it fixed and clearly explained what's the problem to me. I can easily understand what's going on even though I do not have any mechanical knowledge. Brian McCoy is by far the most thorough and professional Service Manager I have ever dealt with. What's the old saying - "...leave no stone unturned?" I had a very strange issue with my M-class, and Brian xxxx near disemboweled the vesicle in his attempt to solve the problem. Fortunately he found nothing, so we wrote it off as a fluke. But I was so impressed by his work ethic that I would recommend Princeton MB ANYONE. (As long as they get Brian for a Service Manager) More
