There are nicer wait areas at Hyundai. People are servicing Mercedes. Treat them like Mercedes customers. Look at the Lexus dealership down the street. It has a beautiful wait area and makes you feel special. I know that service is the #1 profit center for the dealership...treat it that way. If you don't have a car for me I take my service somewhere else. I won't wait 2-3 hours in a cafeteria where there aren't enough chairs, I can't do any work and it looks and feels cheap. More
