Rich is fabulous!! I want to particularly comment on Rich Brittingham's amazing patience at teaching a technophobe how ro learn aboout my new E450. He spent an hour and I want to particularly comment on Rich Brittingham's amazing patience at teaching a technophobe how ro learn aboout my new E450. He spent an hour and a half patiently letting me take notes on every button on the car. After that he answered additional e mails. While I've leased 5 Mrs he made this the best experience ever,.Give the guy a raise:-) More
