Rich spent time with me last week explaining apple carplay and pairing my phone to it. He was polite and did not talk down to me like I was stupid or inferior for not knowing how to use the technolog carplay and pairing my phone to it. Warning light on I was able to get a quick appointment, the work was completed when promised and the car was washed and vacuumed well. I drove right over to the dealership, and everyone there jumped right in to help. My wonderful advisor, Jeff, delayed his lunch to get me cared for. It was easy to maintain all the social distancing rules in the office, and I was out quickly with my problem solved. I wish I could call out everyone by name because they were all great.
