Nothing short of excellence. From the moment I inquired about a car on the MB website, to Kailey's immediate response, and the professional service on behalf of Dale Cook when my daughter and I waked in th about a car on the MB website, to Kailey's immediate response, and the professional service on behalf of Dale Cook when my daughter and I waked in the door, is why I will return in the future. More importantly... it is why I will refer others. Dale, Monica and George were awesome while explaining the differences from each E-Class. I even loved that I could negotiate directly with Dale, and did not have to wait for a discussion with a finance individual. The icing on the cake was Richard Brittingham's tutorial. He was clear, concise and direct with the instructions on how to enjoy my new car. Thank you MB Team!!! More
