More importantly... it is why I will refer others. Dale, Monica and George were awesome while explaining the differences from each E-Class. I even loved that I could negotiate directly with Dale, and did not have to wait for a discussion with a finance individual. The icing on the cake was Richard Brittingham's tutorial.
