Before moving forward, I contacted Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to confirm my contracted buyout amount because I was interested in adding an extended warranty and tire protection. Unfortunately, my experience with Cherry Hill was disappointing. I received three different quotes, none of which started with the actual contracted buyout amount provided by MBFS. The pricing was nearly $3,000 higher — without even including the warranties. As a loyal customer of almost two decades, I felt overlooked and undervalued. Determined to explore my options, I searched online and found Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Product Specialist Arno Orsini — and that call changed everything. From the very beginning, Arno was straightforward, transparent, and professional.
