Our experience started with a purchase of a brand new 2013 gl450 in September 2013. We were happy with our initial experience and purchase. We unfortunately ran into a few roadblocks when my car had to 2013 gl450 in September 2013. We were happy with our initial experience and purchase. We unfortunately ran into a few roadblocks when my car had to go into service 4 times by December. This was not the fault of the dealship, it was a manufacturer problem. Mercedes Benz of Northlake was quick in getting our vehicle serviced. They provided us with wonderful loaner vehicles while our car was in service. After the 4th service we decided that it would be in our best interest to replace this vehicle. Mercedes Benz of Northlake did everything possible to make this happen. We ended up replacing our car with a 2014 gl450. We cannot say enough about the pleasantry of all that were involved with this process. There was not any ill will, need for legal council, screaming arguments, or disappointments. Everyone from Chad Woods, to Taylor and Kelly in service, to general managers were pleasant and meet all of our needs. Thank you Northlake for making an uncomfortable situation manageable. We've purchased 4 cars from the Hendricks dealerships, and will continue to do so in the future. More
First, the Hendrick dealerships are a cut above the rest. I've purchased four vehicles from them over the years (2 Lexus and 2 Mercedes) and found the experience in both Sales and Service to be outstanding. Most recently, I have converted to the Mercedes brand, buying my wife a GL450 and my daughter a GLK350. The guys at Northlake couldn't be any more helpful or accomodating. Rob Bacharach is probably the best car salesman that I've worked with, and I've puchased a lot of cars over the years. His follow up, and follow through on commitments, has been outstanding. He also jumps in whenever needed on miscellaneous service issues or requests that I might have. In short, he takes ownership and treats the sale as a long term relationship - exactly how it should be. Rob is backed up by the General Manager - Brian Porta, who is also a stand-up guy. Brian has jumped in to help me out on a few occassions with sales and/or service, when most GM's wouldn't. Again, Brian treats the relationship like a long-term deal, and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Last, but not least, are the service guys...Taylor Martino (Service Advisor) and Kelly Purser (Service Manager). These guys are simply the best, and I can't say enough good things about them. They have done everything in their power to accomodate my schedule and service needs for my family's vehicles. It's clear to me that Hendrick takes great pride and care in selecting its sales and service teams. They've certainly picked a winning group at Northlake - I'll continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. More

My son had been researching online to find a CLS-550. We are from Charlotte, but he was living in Seattle at the time. We were fortunate to find the EXACT car he was looking for at Northlake in Charlotte (no shipping issue). As my son had done all the research, he wanted to buy the car, sight-unseen, but I wanted to take it on a test-drive and visit the dealership and make sure the car was as advertised. Early email communications with the dealership produced immediate responses and an already comfortable and pleasant customer service experience. Upon meeting our sales agent, Chad Woods, he wasn't pushy or overbearing. We drove the car and he was very knowledgeable about every detail of the car. Aftetr relaying to my son that everything seemed perfect with the car, there was no doubt in his mind that he wanted that car and when it came time to make the purchase, Northlake was very helpful every step of the way and made the entire buying experience the most pleasant of my life. Even going so far as to make a personal trip to my office for me to sign papers to get the deal moving for my convenience. Everyone I dealt with at Northlake was professional and friendly and Chad has followed up consistently and shown great customer service. Northlake is top notch and I would highly recommend them. More
Chad took the time to demonstrate the vehicles to fit our specific needs, and allow a test drive over different road conditions. The vehicle we ultimately chose (ML 350) was purchased at a fair price, witho specific needs, and allow a test drive over different road conditions. The vehicle we ultimately chose (ML 350) was purchased at a fair price, without having to negotiate with other managers, and received above market value for our clean trade-in. As this new SUV has a multitude of technological upgrades over our previous vehicle, Chad took the time to explain all the functions, and operations. I still call him if I need a quick answer. More
