My son had been researching online to find a CLS-550. We are from Charlotte, but he was living in Seattle at the time. We were fortunate to find the EXACT car he was looking for at Northlake in Charlotte (no shipping issue). As my son had done all the research, he wanted to buy the car, sight-unseen, but I wanted to take it on a test-drive and visit the dealership and make sure the car was as advertised. Early email communications with the dealership produced immediate responses and an already comfortable and pleasant customer service experience. Upon meeting our sales agent, Chad Woods, he wasn't pushy or overbearing. We drove the car and he was very knowledgeable about every detail of the car. Aftetr relaying to my son that everything seemed perfect with the car, there was no doubt in his mind that he wanted that car and when it came time to make the purchase, Northlake was very helpful every step of the way and made the entire buying experience the most pleasant of my life. Even going so far as to make a personal trip to my office for me to sign papers to get the deal moving for my convenience. I felt welcome the minute I walked through the doors at the dealership. The receptionist greeted me and immediately introduced me to a saleman. Most of the paper work was handled via e-mail, thus saving time purchasing the car. DeMarco followed up with phone calls, etc to see how I was enjoying the car, and if there were any questions he could assist with.
