So I was thrilled that Hendricks had a great selection of preowned, but “like new” GLE models for us to look at make a choice that checked all our boxes. All the staff were great, warm and welcoming and highly knowledgeable about their products. I undoubtably bought one of the lower priced vehicles on their lot, but was made to feel like their number one customer! Little touches from the high tech, covid friendly, system they use for paperwork, and beautiful showroom makes for a very comfortable experience. Joe who finalized our paperwork was professional, well educated on their maintenance programs ect - but never pushed us into anything we didn’t want to sign up for. I loved meeting little Auto the store dog, and offering my 13 year son a test drive in his dream car, while we signed paperwork was the icing on the cake for us. So glad we made the decision to visit this dealership. More
