We recently had our first experience with Mercedes-Benz and I’d like to give a shout out to our sales consultant, Jorgos Merkuri! He quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect vehicle! Since that initial experience he has kept in touch and offered any assistance that we might need. Many times when comments are made, they're negative comments. This will NOT be negative, but very positive. I recently purchased my 3rd car from Dean Gardiner. He always bends over backwards to help us get the BEST deal. He is NOT pushy. He gives you room and time to make a decision without being RUSHED. If you don't buy, he'll still stay in touch if the dealership gets something he thinks you might like. I recently saw car online on Car Guru. I called the dealership and was informed that the dealership was a Fields dealership (not Mercedes). I immediately asked if they knew Dean. My Queen and I test drove the car at the other dealership. Shortly after that, my Queen said contact Dean. I did contact him. He immediately went to work to see if he could get us the car and get it moved to his dealership. He made things happen while he was out of town (WOW!!!). He's dedicated, motivated and can still make things happen even when he's NOT at the dealership. That's ABOVE and BEYOND. If you desire the spirit of excellence and NO pressure all you have to do is ASK for Dean Gardiner (The Man, The Myth and The Legend). He will get it DONE. If I have a problem or want to buy a car, I call Dean. I'm absolutely certain that he will get my problem resolved or help me find the car I desire. Bravo Zulu (BZ!) This dealership wants me to pay $6000 for a scratched sunroof top for my SL550 upfront before they will even order the part. State Farm is paying for the work and even provided them with a repair authorization guarantee and the dealership wants me to pay for the part out of my pocket and then when the insurance check arrives they said they will reimburse me. I've never seen such stupidity. After keeping my car for two days and spilling coffee all over my console they tell me I must pay for the part upfront. Scam Alert! You can find a better dealer! More
Purchased a certified GLE350 a month ago an it’s been in the shop 2 times already. First, front bumper trim pops out an they insinuate it must of been something I did even though I only have the car 2days a the shop 2 times already. First, front bumper trim pops out an they insinuate it must of been something I did even though I only have the car 2days an no scuffs at location. Found out it was one of the pins cam off. Then I smelled something burning an they find an oil leak. Then sensors on doors did not work and now I have to call after thanksgivings holiday because the breaks are bad. I don’t recommend purchasing a use certified from this dealership. More
Very disappointed with the Financial Director, Assistant and Operations Manager. Called once a week for 3 weeks to inquire on the status of my cancelled Extended Vehicle Warranty and none of them returned m and Operations Manager. Called once a week for 3 weeks to inquire on the status of my cancelled Extended Vehicle Warranty and none of them returned my calls. Had to physically visit the dealership and spoke with the Operations Manager only to find out then that I was supposed to submit the request at the dealership I purchased the vehicle. I was also not convinced of the operations Manager apology for his staff not returning my calls. I purchased 3 vehicles here over the past 10 years, never again nor will I have my warranty work or maintenance done here. Customer Service was well below expectations. More

No one knows what's going on First , I spent about 5 minutes waiting for a sprinter service advisor that I'd been forwarded to. Got the message after twice trying , that service advisor wasn't in today..... The mobile van man had come to replace my bad airbags. That went ok, but I'd asked if mobile could do the complimentary engine check. Staff said yes. van man said no: he doesn't carry a computer read-out device. I asked him if he could determine if my AC compressor was of the variety that the clutch fails on it. The short answer was no; his long answer was he didn't carry an AC freon evacuator to empty out the freon..... FYI, some of the 2014 Sprinters have a defective clutch in the AC compressor, that add$$ up. I won't bother going back to MBJax More
I absolutely hate this dealership and feel their disturbingly negative customer experience will cost them more than just a future relationship with me. This dealership had me sit and test drive the car I wanted and then asked for the DP immediately, which I needed to think about. They went into when I was getting paid next and how I could afford it soon. They then threatened the deal would be off the table the next day. The male sales manager came out and pressured me again to buy that day and that I would never get this deal again. I waited a day or two and came back. I got the car after the finance team stayed in the back for close to three hours. When they pulled up the car it was night so I didn’t inspect. The next day I realized the seats were manual???? Also I realize my third year I would be out of warranty. When I called back asking for help, no one answered my calls. I should have never leased this car. Fast forward 3 years - I called the sales manager after making formal complaints to corporate and never received any call backs. This dealership has disgusting views of customer service and will never get my business or anyone I know. I have never felt like I have been so screwed by a dealership. More
