Purchased a Mercedes GLE 350 with an extended maintenance package. Just went to use my last oil change and they stated it’s expired. I had an issue with my vehicle seatbelt this morning, called service they gave me an appointment immediately. Once there The valet took my vehicle Dalton the Service Writer spoke with me said they would called service they gave me an appointment immediately.
