Very unprofessional They have had my business vehicle for a repair since Last Sunday 8/7 when I call them on the 8/10 spoke with miss Sileen and was supposed to be called back after I have given them all for a repair since Last Sunday 8/7 when I call them on the 8/10 spoke with miss Sileen and was supposed to be called back after I have given them all my information,they never called back . I go into the shop Saturday 8/13 and they have no information or records of me or my vehicle in there computer. They searched the lot found my vehicle and now they can’t locate the keys and nothing has been repaired ,so know I got to wait until Monday 8/15 just to hear something back (if they even call me ) since they are so good at returning calls This is unexceptionable from Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville Florida And still waiting for a call back 8/22 I will be selling my business sprinter van and looking to get another vehicle if these are the people that fixes them Very unacceptable over 2 weeks of keys missing and vehicle missing,no customer service or and being pushed back in line hung up on and no answers wow More
I been trying to get the my ML350 Bluetec service for the diesel for the approved emission modification for 6 months now. I been periodically check with the service department if the parts had arrived and th diesel for the approved emission modification for 6 months now. I been periodically check with the service department if the parts had arrived and the service person never give me an update. I texted for an update and I never get a respond. All I need is a better customer service to give me a respond if the parts are in or not. Right now my car is on limp mode and engine check light is on because of the emission service and I have not used my car for 2 months now. More
Took my car in on a Thursday morning for AC problems. They got the part the next day but we're unable to repair for Friday afternoon delivery. Expecting it on Monday. I found out that the technician had a day off and it would not be ready until Tuesday. What kind of dealership holds a car up while a technician takes a day off? Service took an extra day because the technician had a day off! More
First, I would like to say I've been in customer service for over 32 years and I love giving great service, respect, and helping my guests to the fullest. My bro (owner) of vehicle and I have been dealing w for over 32 years and I love giving great service, respect, and helping my guests to the fullest. My bro (owner) of vehicle and I have been dealing with Dalton Langner for the entire time having the 2009 ML350 fixed. We've left a number messages, only to not have any calls returned, getting transferred here and there with no answers. Secondly, when it was time for payment and arriving at MB of Jax, I went over to Dalton's desk as I greeted him and preceeded to talk not once did he ever look up at me from his computer! When I told him the vehicle that I was there to pick up, he rudely told me "I don't have that"! I told him yes you do, I had the vehicle towed here and then I also received a text from YOU that the vehicle was ready, He still told me I know I don't have that in my system!! Of course he still never looked up as he said that. I'm now a little agitated on how he handled me as a guest at MB! I then said well ill provide you with the WO# and then sarcastically said "Well yeah I need something else because I don't have that! As a professional in what I do from the beginning of my encounter with Dalton, I knew then that I didn't want to have anymore dealings with him! Once he found my info and my brother gave him the payment over the phone he then wanted to act as if he had a little decency. I was still polite to the little boy got the car and left. Getting to 9B heading towards St Augustine the light for the tire system inoperative came on... knowing the sequence in which put the car in the shop I called back and the woman I woke with told me to come back. I got back and was so overwhelmed told Dalton the thing that started this was happening again. He told me that there's nothing he can really do until the next day and I needed to get back home for work with my two daughters. I asked if there's a manager he pointed to the office, I went in the manager asked me if it was the ABS and another coffee I said no it's the tire system inoperative light that first started the issue. He gave me a loaner and was very helpful and pleasant. Dalton came me the next day as if he was a prosecutor or something throwing questions at me not allowing me to answer them and then cutting me off as I tried to answer! NOW I'M FED UP WITH THIS PERSON. I DON'T WANT HIM ASSISTING ME THROUGH THIS PROCESS of any issues dealing with my brother's car! My brother came to check on the car and he wouldn't give him any info about his vehicle. My brother lives out of town 2 and half hours away. I'm calling this morning and I expect some info. Thank you. More
Mid-trip, I needed two new tires same day. Amber and all were polite, helpful, and on-time. The waiting area was a pleasant spot to hang out.
