Its difficult to get hold of anyone in the service department and schedule an appointment. The phone get transferred from one to another and eventually to a voicemail recording that nobody responds to department and schedule an appointment. I like this dealership but forced to decrease the rating due to customer service experience. More
I own multiple Mercedes and each are certified. Fields Auto purchased Mercedes several years ago and each year service has declined. Their policy has changed, if servicing, and vehicle is not new Fields Auto purchased Mercedes several years ago and each year service has declined. Their policy has changed, if servicing, and vehicle is not newer (a couple years old), they do not provide loaners. Secondly, when dropping off, expect for vehicle to take days before evaluation is completed. Thirdly, standard policy of returning vehicle clean, vacuumed appears to be no longer a priority. In closing, the poor service provided, costly, inefficient and disrespectful to a luxury owner….BE AWARE!! More
