Thank you for the response. My initial service advisor Amber did a fine job but was out most days so they assigned me Rob who made no effort to communicate while my vehicle was there for a week for brakes. I also told them about a turn malfunction light that came on and they couldn’t find anything but it has come on many times since I picked up my car Friday. When I did come to pick my car up not a word from Rob so I requested to speak to the Service Manager and he didn’t seem concerned at all about the poor service. When I came to his office he didn’t even recognize me and had an attitude like he was being bothered. Totally unprofessional!!!

What transparent was I knew what my problem was before coming to your dealership I had an after market warranty which was supposed to pay for the work and I found out that my suspension wasn’t a part of my policy but if they didn’t pay to get the work done they should have paid for the diagnosis cause my deductible was 100 dollars but I ended up paying $ 528 and some change which is not cool at all I know some people don’t know why your company is doing or they don’t mind but I do I even asked for a military discount and I was denied that also so your company will get bad reviews in every social media
