We were traveling from Delaware, flat towing our Smart car behind our Sprinter when Smarty’s front tire went flat and ripped apart. Smart Roadside assistance procured a tow to the MB Orange Park dealershi car behind our Sprinter when Smarty’s front tire went flat and ripped apart. Smart Roadside assistance procured a tow to the MB Orange Park dealership which was ready for our arrival. We were taken care of right away. Wade was efficient and professional! We had all our tires replaced and balanced as well a a recall issue taken care of. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership was beautiful and even had a Café that served healthy breakfast or lunch choices gratis! We couldn’t have been more impressed with the exceptional service we received! Thank you to all! It was a worst case problem being in trouble on a dual highway with barely a shoulder, that turned out to be a blessing having Smarty fixed so quickly and efficiently!!
