Terrible Service Department On multiple scheduled service visits I have been extremely disappointed. I have to drive greater than an hour to get there so when I arrive for my sc On multiple scheduled service visits I have been extremely disappointed. I have to drive greater than an hour to get there so when I arrive for my scheduled appointment I expect the service rep that I'm scheduled with to be there and be ready for me. The past two times the rep I was scheduled with was still at lunch and I had to wait in the lounge area for more than 30. On the last visit for a limited routine maintenance I was there for four hours! I expect more from a luxury car dealership. My time is valuable and should be respected. More

Jason Cook did a thorough job in handling the financials of the deal and made it a very pleasant experience. Ashley Love did an outstanding job during the delivery process and has answered questions later through email. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience which I will look forward to again in the future.
