We were out of town during most of the car-buying experience, and Greg did a wonderful job of staying in touch via phone and email, answering all of our questions and responding to all of our requests. We were hopeful, yet still skeptical, on the drive from Chattanooga to Huntsville, since we had yet to see the car and thought everything too good to be true. When we drove into the parking lot, we saw our car with a big "Sold" tag on it, with our name. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we walked out to our new car, Greg was professional, customer- focused and worked above and beyond with and for us. It ended up being one of the smoothest and nicest transactions in our car buying experience, and by day's end we felt like we had made a new friend in Greg. He even suggested a nice place to eat, where we ended the evening over steaks and wine, toasting the day and our new car.
