He was not only courteous, but he was also very knowledgeable on the car. I was honestly a little surprised considering the car is a Chevy. He was very patient (no pressure) and worked around my difficult schedule. Since purchasing the car, which we love, he has called and/or emailed multiple times checking in and to assure my satisfaction. I would and have told several friends about my experience and suggested they speak with Amir when the time comes to get a car. Randy Jones and Cindy Pena are awesome! I bought my first Mercedes from Randy Jones in 1989 and have bought all my cars and my wife cars from him ever since. I did buy one car from another manufacturer, but sold it, and replaced it with another Mercedes from Randy. The dealership provides the best service; I never had to return a car that was serviced improperly! Randy is pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I cannot see any reason to buy a care elsewhere. Maybe, and just maybe, you might find one cheaper, but the poorer service and the buying experience will bring you back to Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville. Don't kid yourself, you can't do any better than Randy Jones for Sales; and Cindy Pena for Service. More
