We had visited 3 other dealerships 2 in Nashville and 1 in Bowling Green, KY and talked with 4 other sales reps and none where as personable, friendly, kind, genuine or as helpful as Genna (Who actually called us back after our visit). She not only search for 3 months looking for a certain type of vehicle, but stayed in contact with us and finally walked us through the process of ordering a new vehicle since we were unable to find what we wanted. We were able to text and call her with all types of question throughout the whole process from start until the day we drove off and call her back once we arrived home in Nashville, TN.
