Great customer service!!!! I found this dealer online and they had the exact car that I wanted to purchase. Genna contacted me and I received a quote within two days.... other dealerships that I contacted took an entire week and did not seem to really want my business. One of Genna’s first responses stated that she wanted my business and wanted to earn my business.... she was extremely motivated and proactive. As far as the actual transaction of purchasing my new vehicle, it was perfect..... they sent most of my paperwork before I arrived so almost everything was already done. This was one of the best car buying experiences ever!!!! I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Huntsville ... and especially Genna!!!!! She is a hard worker with an incredible work ethic! :) More
