I think the service department or Mercedes it self should stand behind there work. When you get your car repair, and you still have the same problem, and they still want to charge to check on the problem the stand behind there work. My husband took my car in for service for a thermostat replacement .While there he took a look at the new C class vehicles & was approached by Mr. London to answer any questions he may have. We are currently leasing a Mercedes that will expire in 6 months . Mr London was great to work with & took care of everything with ease. They didnt have the exact car I wanted but they had it there within 24 hrs. My first car came from another Mercedes dealership in another state. We will definitely be returning to Hagerstown Mercedes because they provided excellent service & made this purchase so easy ! Not only did MB of Hagerstown take me in on a busy Friday, but they took the time to really examine my issue on a 21-year-old 300 SD. Tom Mummert, the shop foreman, took it under his wing and engineer Friday, but they took the time to really examine my issue on a 21-year-old 300 SD. Tom Mummert, the shop foreman, took it under his wing and engineered a clever auxiliary crankcase vent system that would catch the oil blowing out due to high engine wear/extreme blow-by. On the ride back to Chicago, I thanked my lucky stars I was able to go to MB of Hagerstown, because other dealers had their hands on the car before and all they could do was console me because there was no fix - by the book. But the modified system captured the oil that before had covered the underside of the car, and with the engine crankcase pressure lower, it used less oil. Nothing lasts forever, and my car has 253,000 miles on it, but at least I will get all the last miles out of this. I would highly recommend MB of Hagerstown and Tom in particular (and let's not forget Alex, the service advisor who got me in the door). If you ever have a challenging quirk or seemingly insurmountable problem, give this team a chance and you may be thrilled as I am. More

I have owned VW's, domestics and Toyota's and have always taken the time to find a trustworthy dealer garage for service. That process usually took many months or a few years. Most of my friends think I'm foolish. It has always paid off. What is so unique about my experience with Tom Mummert and Hagerstown MD, is how lighting fast I knew I was in good hands. Before I even bought the car from a private party, I called the dealership and spoke with Tom Mummert. Before I was even an owner, he guided me so that I could make a good purchase and then when I brought it in for post purchase evaluation, Tom and his team carefully identified all the issues and helped me prioritize the repairs based on my needs for safety and reliability. Wow! I'm now driving a solid and fun Mercedes Benz, all thanks to Tom Mummert. I am convinced that my recent introduction to Mercedes, leading to a rapid rapport with your talented, considerate and committed staff, under Tom's leadership, is the beginning of long term Mercedes ownership. My wife and I went in to pick up a key that was ordered by the car dealer we got the car from. The key was already programed and ready for use. My wife wanted to see if she could get a licence plate frame by the car dealer we got the car from. The key was already programed and ready for use. Mike Lavrenchik gave her 2 frames and 2 key rings and then went outside and showed us how things worked on our car. 2 things we didn't even know the car had. This is one great dealership and I have looked at their used cars after my wife got her Mercedes because it is fantastic and I would love one but can't afford it yet. Will be back at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown when I can afford it. Rick More

He quickly arranged a service visit, evaluated the one problem that I knew the car had (steering rack proble I purchased from a non Mercedes dealer.
