He located vehicles which offered my stated specifications. He explained the vehicle's features and demonstrated how to operate them without making it complicated. The dealership's pricing was competitive and met my expectations in dealing with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes Benz or other quality used vehicle. During the inspection, the service tech found a couple of small problems. She came into the waiting area and thoroughly and patiently explained what was found She then presented options on the best way to proceed with the necessary repairs. There was no pressure to get the repairs done immediately.. how refreshing that was. Thank you for an excellent experience... I would give this experience a 10+!! well... minus the car wash part... lol That courtesy left a lot to be desired. I went in with puppy prints on my car and left with puppy prints still on my car... Not complaining, just know that that part of my experience seemed out of character after such a great experience with the rest. Thanks again. More

re: detail/clean. tire black(?) seemed to splatter on vehicle(white GL)n needed wiped off at home. crome exhaust tips could b cleaned w/ 000steel wool and wd40 to remove grime. Rear skid plate(under bum vehicle(white GL)n needed wiped off at home. crome exhaust tips could b cleaned w/ 000steel wool and wd40 to remove grime. Mike was a bit condescending towards us when we were there to look at the cars and also when we purchased our car. He also took a personal call while we were sitting there waiting for him to finish up o there to look at the cars and also when we purchased our car. We did work with another associate and he was absolutely amazing which is why we'd use this dealership again. More
The reason(s) I keep coming back to this dealership is my service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions. They seem to understand that, as a single woman, I have to be able to depend on the service rep, Alex Folz, and the service manager, Marty Gillions.
