I drove to Mercedes of Hagerstown from Waldorf Md to look at the Infiniti they had advertised online. I called several days before to get information on the vehicle and had a pleasant conversation with Mr.Wh at the Infiniti they had advertised online. I called several days before to get information on the vehicle and had a pleasant conversation with Mr.Whetstone. He was very polite and patient with me and all my questions. Most of my buying experiences were always serious but this one was totally opposite. I actually felt like I was a longtime customer. Needless to say i purchased the vehicle and am happy with the whole buying experience. Thanks a million Mr.Whetstone and Mercedes of Hagerstown!!! More
Went in to look at an Infiniti they were advertising and left with a Mercedes. Very impressed with the amount of time Mr Paden was willing to invest in me-- I was there all day. I only rated the overall experience a "3" because I did not find the service area waiting room at all acceptable. The carpet is filthy - I mean really filthy. The bathroom looked like something out of a Sheetz convenience store. The chair I sat in was broken and my laptop fell on the floor when I sat it on the pull-up arm table. The TV was not on (maybe broken too?). One of things I enjoy about taking my car to HBL in Tysons is the luxorious accomodations while waiting for serivce. Other than that - the experience was fine. More
Christine was awesome. She was spot on with my list and my vehicle was ready when promised. Although my initial appointment was not "on the books," she stepped up and covered the visit even though there w my vehicle was ready when promised. She had my list of items and acted as if my issues were her issues. I felt a level of certainty that she would properly see to my vehicle. She also had a great sense of humor (when appropriate). Everyone I encountered introduced themselves and were quite friendly and personable. I never felt lost throughout the process, which I cannot say that about the Mercedes Dealership where I bought the car. Which is why I chose to bring my C300 to you. Thank You! More
Overall Experience- Alex has been trying to help us get this car staighten out but, this is the seventh time this car has been in for underhood noise issues. Every time I contact Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown I always get fabulous customer service. My husband says that I like to be "pampered". I say, "Yes, I do" and that's what Mercedes Benz does. They call and talk things over with me before doing the extra services. I appreciate that. More
Barry's helpfulness is enough to change any negative attitude you may have toward car salesmen. Truly, a great experience. I had begun my search over the internet and found a car which intrested me. I had called and spoken to Barry about it but kept having scheduling conflicts keeping me from taking a test drive. Barry kept me up to date as to the availability of the car and even when it had been sold. I found another car in the inventory that also interested me and went for a test drive. After leaving the dealership without making a deal, Barry called me the next day to let me know that someone else had taken a drive and was interested in the car. I called back in 30 minutes and made the deal over the phone which was just 10 minutes prior to the second person. I found Barry to be informative and punctual without being pushy. The best sales professional I've met in a long time and a real asset to the dealership. I will be sending any of my friends and acquaintances to see Barry for all their transportation needs in the future. Thanks! More
