Barry is a true professional. I have never dealt with a more thorough, courteous salesperson. I have nothing bad to say. He is a true credit to his profession. After OVER A $1000 REPAIR BILL THE CAR NOW SOUNDS LIKE A MACK TRUCK. CAR WAS NOT PROBERLY TUNED. NOW THE CAR HAS DEVELOPED A MAJOR OIL LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE POOR SERVICE. GIVEN THE PROPER DIAGNOSIS THE MACK TRUCK. CAR WAS NOT PROBERLY TUNED. NOW THE CAR HAS DEVELOPED A MAJOR OIL LEAK AS A RESULT OF THE POOR SERVICE. One does not have to be in MB of Hagerstown long before One does not have to be in MB of Hagerstown long before one realizes that it is not the typical automobile dealership---Far from it! Everybody that One does not have to be in MB of Hagerstown long before one realizes that it is not the typical automobile dealership---Far from it! Everybody that one chats with, discusses business or just mingles with during the course of the visit is professional. It shows in their sincerity---a sincerity which cannot be faked. They enjoy their work and are competent in what they do. They speak highly of management at MB of Hagerstown. Some would have one believe that Mr. Younger can "walk on water" even though we all know better. I always enjoy my visit. Even though during this visit I did not see Linda, Marty or Alex, I include them as professional persons with whom I have dealt in the past. During this visit, Robert and Austin were professionally competent in the commercial aspects of the purchase. Adam was the "same ole Adam"---As always; very conscience of the physical status of the vehicle as it left for home. Last but not least--Mr. Paden.---Over the tears Richard has tought me to expect perfection from him,. He never disappoints me and this visit was no different. However He did surprise me. I am very satisfied with the MB of Hagerstown! Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown Outstanding service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live closer to the MB of Alexandria, I prefer to deal with the Hagerstown service center, due to the fact that they make me feel "at home" and provide better service (in terms of lower prices, shorter wait periods, and better workmanship). While all staff members are great, I particularly enjoy working with Alex Foltz - German fellow that knows German cars! Regards, Michael More
